The Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association is a dynamic, volunteer-run organization which has been serving the non-franchise Houston real estate brokerage community since 1994.   • HIREBA REALTORŪ Member sponsor.

  • Minimum of three years in specific industry.

  • Two business references and two client references.

  • $300 annual dues. prorated on a semi-annual basis in year of joining.

  • No more than three Affiliates, per industry category, will be allowed membership.

  • HIREBA maintains the right to terminate membership if Affiliate looses good standing      within their industry and annual fee will not be refunded.
