Kelle Hill

Kelle Hill – From the DC Hill to the Texas Hill Country. Kelle Hill grew up in Ft. Worth., Texas in a family of inveterate house hunters…the thrill of the chase, the excitement of making a deal, and then the fun of moving, redecorating her room and making new friends in the neighborhood. After graduating from the University of Texas with a major in journalism, Kelle’s first job was working as Press Secretary to Mrs. Lloyd Bentsen in the campaign for her husband’s quest for the United States Senate.  After his election, Kelle went to D.C. where she worked in the Senator’s office until marrying 7 years later.

Eager to get into real estate, she joined Prudential Preferred Properties where she specialized in residential real estate for 14 years. A divorce and move to Vail, Colorado took Kelle into vacation property management as in-house broker to one of the large management companies.

In 1995, Kelle’s Texas roots starting calling for her to return to her home state.  She moved to Houston and has been working independently as a flexible fee listing agent since then.  In addition to helping clients save a little money on the listing portion of the sales process, she also offers full service buyer brokerage representation.  She works independently and offices out of her home at 5518 Woodway Dr.

Kelle has a new husband of 6 years who works in the offshore oil business, and they have a miniature schnauzer named Gracie.  Kelle’s home office has the perfect perch for Gracie to look out at the cars on Woodway while she keeps her Mom company.

As a hobby, Kelle and her husband are building a second home on a little land they own in Fredericksburg, TX where Kelle is also a member of MLS.  She has a few transactions to her credit there and is working with several buyers at the moment.
